1. General Information
- Desert Safari DXB provides desert tour and adventure services across Dubai and the UAE.
- By booking a tour through our website, phone, or email, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- All customers must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- We accept secure online payments via debit/credit card or other approved payment methods.
- Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with tour details.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Desert Safari DXB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to bad weather, safety reasons, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Tour Policy
- Pick-up and drop-off timings may vary depending on location and traffic.
- Passengers are required to be ready at the scheduled time.
- Desert Safari DXB will not be responsible for missed tours due to late arrival.
- Tour activities such as dune bashing, camel rides, and quad biking involve risk; participation is at your own discretion and risk.
5. Health & Safety
- Pregnant women, people with heart or back conditions, and children under 3 years old are advised not to participate in dune bashing or extreme activities.
- You must follow all instructions from tour guides and drivers for your safety.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Desert Safari DXB shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accident, or delay caused during the tour.
- We are not liable for personal belongings left behind or damaged during the trip.
7. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to make slight changes to the itinerary, timing, or vehicle type due to operational needs or weather conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and text on this website are the property of Desert Safari DXB and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled under UAE jurisdiction.
